      The pay is decent and my bills are paid.

      The working conditions are terrible. It’s modern day slavery….during the summer it’s over 100 degrees every day…on a 12 hour shift you get 4, 10 min breaks and a 20 min lunch. My current supervisor is the only person in the building that I feel like really cares about my well being as an employee.
