Pros
Not all departments, facilities, or personnel had issues: support, efforts to do the best and a positive job, intelligence/experience, and ethics do exist. Not always easy to find. Some introduction and programs were introduced for updating issues, but no accountability when not applied or learned.
Kontras
In Engineering Department - Lack of Integrity and Honesty, and Bullying, and Abuse was enabled rather than corrected. Old model, outdated management style exists that does not take into account or is respectful of employee value, the value of communications, or of working together. Greater emphasis on putting up obstacles and excuses than on successful outcomes. Many examples where the listed procedures or guidelines or training were not followed. Missing long term planning. Not sure if the Dart family is aware of the problems.
