Pros

technology and people wise is good, so many ambitious talented people to work with but you are just a number to them, avoid at all cost

Kontras

People are basically good but to be survive in such toxic environments push them become unethical or they already are. The management is terrible , bunch of people bluffing each other to climb the ladder, the higher the toxic, they don’t have experience to deal direct with customer but story telling to gang up and favours on each other, those who did facing customer role are pity to have follow those plan that talk big but doesn’t work, facing angry customer or partner but still need to keep achieve the forever changing KPI and comp plan, hence lots of unethical behaviour especially the new group of leadership after Thomas Bravo buyout , they are just friends of friend to make sure it being watch and keep show on, they basically not competent and not knowing industry or product, instead of previous young leader group, both dangerous for stakeholders.Listen to those negative reviews, it worth to take in why it full of toxic, avoid this sinking ship at all cost.

Pros

Autonomy & Independence: You get great autonomy to build your own schedule. It operates very much like a true field sales motion, which is great if you value independence. Perks: There is a high degree of expense freedom, and the Sales Kickoffs are a definite highlight.

Kontras

The company is currently gasping for air and is super misaligned. There is absolutely no sense of direction. The Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy obviously doesn't work because leadership changes strategy it every Half because of poor performance . Turnover is INCREDIBLY HIGH, people was congratulating me that I made it at Darktrace more than a year when I left, which is never a good sign for a company. CEO REPVUE- stated that only 15% of reps hit their goal attainment at Darktrace from it's reviews. If you apply here, you need to know exactly what you are getting into and be willing to work extremely hard just to help dig the company out of a hole.
