Great office, mostly good people to work with in maintenance

Old equipment. Most everything is pre 2000ss. Problems with upper management spending money to upgrade too late.

The people you work with are good people for the most part .

Upper Management SUCKS they talk about there employees behind there back and make fun of peoples situations, Pick favorites . The whole place is a sweat shop covered in Mold and grime. The Vats where the logs are soaked are caked with mold because they refuse to clean them . They cut cost wherever they can and make people do the job of two at the pay rate of one . !not to mention the 100 spots where the roof leaks and parts of the plant floods when it rains. Walking in this place speaks for itself !
