Pros

Pay is above average, but completely not worth it.

Kontras

Management is completely lost. Favoritism exists everywhere but this place is the absolute worst at showing it and not caring who knows. Departments and shifts fight consistantly and department heads and shift heads do not get along. This company cares nothing for its employees. Super long hours with unrealistic expectations and no credit given to those who actually deserve it. Leadership treats the employees like slaves with zero acknowledgement of circumstances. Talks about issues but does nothing effectively to fix issues. High turnover in every department causing issues of long stretches of days worked. If you want a life outside of work, dont work here. This place makes yogurt, not sense...and it doesn't take long before you realize that this is their motto. All the company cares about is how far they can push the employees. They preach to be safe and stress free then ask for expectations that don't allow for either. It won't be long and someone will be seriously injured here due to issues that are overlooked until they are a serious problem.

Pros

Work-life balance exists and is generally respected. Bonuses can be good, depending on the year and leadership priorities. Strong, reputable brands that look impressive on a résumé. "Some" genuinely great people who work hard despite the environment.

Kontras

No meritocracy whatsoever. Promotions and career growth are driven by favoritism, internal alliances, and visibility politics rather than performance or results. Advancement often feels like a popularity contest. “Core values” are largely performative. They are referenced often but ignored when inconvenient, especially at leadership levels. Questionable long-term strategy. Direction changes frequently, priorities shift without explanation, and long-term planning feels weak or reactive. Extremely bureaucratic. Simple decisions require excessive approvals, slowing execution and stifling innovation. Politics over performance. Success depends more on who you align with than what you deliver. If you're not "one of them" or if they don't want to continue paying you your value, they'll find ways to get rid of you. So choose wisely and research the role and team.
