HR - Does not have the required skills to be managing the firm. Policies are based on your relationship with HR. A few lawyers there treat you as if you are their slaves while others are great to work with. HR will not take the time to discuss anything with you. high turn over. No confidence with HR - If you discuss a personal or work issue HR will gossip. No over time pay or Lieu. Expectations of you to work late but no Over time or Lieu in return. When discussed with HR, I was told to bad, if you dont like it find another job. In my offer letter is does state over time will be paid.
