They pay all the waitresses different rates, so you can get paid more or less for doing the same thing even if somebody started the job after you. As a waitress they make you clean up human poo off the walls, pee from the floor and sick from where customers get drunk off the bottomless brunch. Multiple Sexual harassment reports filed with from managers as a result of the male staff, nothing was done. The managers are extremely rude when speaking to the staff. Loads of Customers have consumed food that they are allergic to, after telling the restaurant their allergies and all the managers have done to rectify the situation is take the food off the tab. It was not wrote down in the accidents and emergency book even though they could have died. They send you on breaks an hour into your 12 hour shift saying it’s going to get busy so you have to take it. They cut permanent staffs hours, saying it was for business needs, then hired agency to make up for the lack of staff, who actually get paid a higher rate.
