      Company vision and communication from senior management leads a lot to be desired. Alienating work culture for non-French natives Constantly playing catch up with competitors due to lack of product innovation, serious issues with UX and ad serving. Lack of HR processes Most aggressive execs I've seen in my 15 year career.

      Work hard play hard environment. Stay focused on work and you will do great!

      Sometimes seems a lot is going on in the office, tough to get work done if people are socializing in common areas. No cons I experienced were specific to company leadership. Loved every second here!
