not a lot of room to grow

I was hired because of my military hauling experience to do military freight. I worked there the first time for 6 months and was given cheap freight that in some cases didn't even cover the cost of the fuel. It was horrible. Out of all those months that I work there, there was only two or three times where I even had a paycheck over $300. Most paydays, I owed them money. It was the worst experience. I quit because of this and a couple months later they asked me to come back telling me that they would actually give me the military freight they promised. I stayed 2 months the second time around and it was even worse than before. I should have walked out during the orientation. They had different people coming in to talk and the class was busy doing anything else aside from paying attention to the speaker. I think I was the only one that was actually looking at the teacher. She asked in front of the class if I had a problem because I was looking at her! Where was I supposed to be looking? Horrible place all the way around. Instead of my last paycheck which got eaten up in fuel, they gave me a $1,500 bill for all the fuel I used that wasn't covered by the income on the on loads.
