One of the best parts of the job was the collaborative environment—everyone was willing to help, and knowledge-sharing was encouraged. The projects I worked on were diverse and challenging, which kept things interesting.

That said, there are areas where the company could improve. Career progression wasn’t always clear, and more structured feedback would have helped me understand how to grow within the company. Also, while the workload was manageable most of the time, there were periods of high pressure that could have been better planned.
