Well, apart from all the pro's, this place is not for the greatest of the minds. No challenging tasks, deadlines are super stupid, nothing to learn apart from office politics, I mean how can you expect a newly joined guy to finish an task in short manner even before he have a complete look at the code and with no proper documentation. Documentation is like old 10p coins. Rare to find. The old managers are just plain stupid and the heat the new joinees are facing is their mistake. This place is heaven for freshers. Not for experienced developers. Yes, I agree. Every company has it's own challenges and all, but seriously, the code base is simply a crap because it was mostly written by bunch of freshers. If only they listened to experience developers, who can really make some changes, things will be a lot smoother. And what's with treating freshers and experienced with same tone? So while I bring a lot to the table than a fresher, I still get treated like him? Not acceptable. Bring new projects, most important, bring a lot of good, hardworking developers. Give them responsibility, and trust them. Yelling them in front of everyone is not going to give you anything. Bring in less freshers. 3:1 ratio of fresher is good, but here it is more like 2:10 ratio. Yes, Out of 10, 2 are experienced and no wonder everyone joining here trying to escape as soon as they realise this ugly truth.

The task assigned to a team or an individual is purely dependent on the time frame we have and we will have to pace up when we are in stringent delivery deadline. That is how this industry works! Being a senior member of a team we expect you to be a pillar of support not only to the management but to the juniors in the team as well. It is upto Sr. members like you to have worked in tandem with these bunch of freshers and make an impact! And the freshers here are the handpicked ones from premium institutions who are capable of learning/unlearning with a open attitude. We wish you all the very best in all your future endeavors.

If you work hard, you will learn more (This is not so special in this company, this is the way all start up works but I think other company would pay you well)

1. Worst Management and no proper hierarchy 2. They will put you under pressure & stress to complete the task but won't recognize with the best pay for the work you do 3. If you want to claim your expenses, they will not give you the full amount, so better not to agree to transfer without confirming that 4. 2 years Agreement (Dosn't suites the company) 5. No 6th day Allowance for working in week ends/ public holidays instead they will give you comp - off which of no use because you can't take more leave (They may keep calling you again & again in the name of support & ruin your leave) 6. And many more

Hi Thanks for your comments! We are known for our flat org and multi-functional teams. Being a new and a flat organization we agree to the fact that reporting to multiple managers will be a challenging task , but that sure will act as an anvil to hone your skills. Further the SLA has to be looked at different angles as well. We take you in with a good stipend and train you on the latest technologies so we expect our people to be with us for a minimum period which is justified. We do not have the policy of Overtime because according to us it directly is proportional to the efficiency of the person handling the tasks. But still,for people who have worked extra days deserve compensatory off for the days worked so we give them and we have never stopped anyone from availing these at their wish. We are very much comparable to the market payouts and do recognize deserving people. And we are in the right track with our R&D's on our product portfolios .
