Sometimes courseware is too hard for a child and it's hard to have it changed, sometimes there is a language barrier with management, children and parents. If a child misbehaves, it can be frustrating. Dada allows teachers to write substandard reports. The pay is mediocre. Info on children is very often incorrect, eg an 11 year old boy may be described as a 0 year old girl. Some students are babies! It is absolutely unethical to change contract rules mid contract. This defies the whole idea of a contract.
