Since the company focuses on getting work done, I think it’s great that they offer early leave when there's a late-night meeting, as well as the option to work from home. There are great learning opportunities — you get to work on projects end-to-end. The policies here are very flexible, and I really appreciate that.

There is less work-life balance. You’ll need to attend late-night meetings as you become more senior. You are fully responsible for your work — there’s no such thing as being assigned just a single feature. You’ll be expected to work end-to-end. However, you'll have access to all the resources and support you need.
