Mentally unstable middle management who probably had a much lower GPA out of college than you had in kindergarten. They like to get lippy with you in front of associates screaming like some wild ape. They mock you. Sometimes they help but most the time unless you've kissed the ring you're gonna be struck and miserable. 12 hours
