I have started working at Drishticon as international student vi Curricular Practical Training. I have worked there for more than two years. I have grown professionally by working there.
Pros
1. Good in house projects to improve skills and management is very helpful in finding a project.
2. Management closely works with employees. There is always sense of job security because they back their good employees.
3. Quick GC processing. Which was very help-full as an international student.
4. Annual performance bonus. Which I have never heard from similar consultancies.
5. On time salary, PTO, health benefits and annual team outings.
