      The mission and the interesting technical challenges associated with accomplishing it

      Zero transparency, total radio silence on the products to be developed, utter lack of punctuality on the side of management, failure to provide basic engineering resources for engineers to do their jobs, an obscene amount of false advertising on the company benefits on social media, extremely toxic work culture imposed by management

      Unlimited PTO, Travel, enjoyable work culture, you really get to broaden your skill-base

      I guess the pro is that its closed now.

      Now that the company has shut down I think it is fair to say the business practices here not only lacked strategy, but were actively destructive to the wellbeing of not only the school districts that put faith in this company but the employees who stuck it out to their own detriment because they believed in each other and the cause.
