The VP of Operations is a fantastic human being, one of the few people I have met in a large corporation that is truly both for the company and the employee.

Other support can be lacking at times - In the emergency business is can be slow for a while, but then it can get extremely busy all overnight. Sometimes communication falls between the cracks. No one individual at fault.

Local office was like a family and everyone worked together to get the job done. Meaningful work. Lots of fun perks.

Office was shut down and most of us let go with zero notice. Company was temporarily suspended (embarrassing). A lot of "good 'ole boy" mentality. All the good people are now gone.
