      Great Opportunities to learn. Great Communication from superintendents. Safety a must do. Which I'm glad to also be part of. Subs feel great about the company overall

      Jealousy within workers. Under used talent Appreciating of employees not really a top issue. Even though safety is a priority I think they could enforce it a whole lot better.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
