It's a very work hard play hard environment. DPR employ's a lot of smart people, a lot of opportunity to learn from the best. Lots of fun perks. Interesting projects.
Kontras
Poor leadership. Too much nepotism. A lot of people in upper management roles but only a few voices seem to be heard. Over the last few years the culture has become less unique and more corporate.
