- Questionable QA Practices - Test case data collection is required by the POs and C-level management but they don't do anything with the sheet. From what I have observed they only use it to blame individuals rather than improving the quality. - Product Owner's lack Agile fundamentals. - DPL monitors to blame, not to improve. - Growth plans. I wonder when the OD team which by the way is directly under CEO implements something. - Average Salaries. Which are always deposited late. - No Provident Fund after claiming that it is in process. - Personal grudges from C-Level and management people. The management encourages individuals to speak truth and defy the "norms" AKA "be a Rebel" but they and if someone does become a "Rebel" and speaks truth therefore personal grudges take root. - No Eid Bonuses. - No promotions. - HR lies and delays appraisals a lot. - Less than market competitive appraisals are given and almost every employee is requested to stay by saying that you'll learn a lot. - No Annual recreational activities. Only one trip takes place in summers which is not managed properly, No annual dinners. Employees are encouraged to do activities themselves which then they can rebrand as DPL's activity. - Reward based marketing schemes. It mostly involves sharing CEO's message on LinkedIn and Facebook and then you are awarded petty points.
