The in house training and opportunities for advancement were the best I've received in a professional position utilizing my post high school education and transferable skills from multiple entities.

Control of extreme accumulated time off and coverage. Internal controls of computer software programs, protection from foul play. Required to do co-workers duties excessively, refusal of co-workers to do some emergency services such as in the restroom as if beneath them but not me. Co-workers not understanding individual vs team responsibilities and flow chart of protocol, what PIC duties were. There were four job titles of duties at a branch, each trained with specific responsibilities solely for that position, usually not crossing. Mature and responsible persons whom didn't need supervision but assistance with problems when they arose.
