Well experienced and skillful people around, people work as a team. New things to learn and explore, plus everyone is always ready to help. We also have a lot of activities and events at least once in very month that is really of great help to create a better environment.

Not as such, although there are few minor things that needs attention like there's a lot of pressure sometimes, strict rules to take leaves even when you have genuine reasons, but the management keeps working for the betterment.
