Leader of the company will shout and yell, at all engineers whenever they "under perform". This is very common, and happens at least 3 times a week. Extremely unprofressional. Pay is severely lacking, will start lower than some fast food jobs, with a "promis" to move you up within the year. Leader says it's up to your work ethic, that will decide how fast your pay increases. However, this is strictly dictated if the company has work for you. Management will consistently praise you for being extremely smart, or a great engineer. Then speak bad about to other engineers in the company. Company offers little to no training, and will expect top notch performance without teaching anything. Terrible benefits. Expensive health insurance, no 401k, not vacation until one year, not PTO. Company leader will claim the company cannot afford to buy vital code books/ software, yet company leader will pull up in brand new car, and flaunt to all his emoyees.
