The Product Team was one of the most dedicated I have worked with. Hiring has improved immeasurably in my time in post, Particularly at senior level. Ambition of the SLT offers very good opportunities for those with an appetite for a fast paced organisation in a complex sector of the Payments industry. they are hiring in a number of areas, I enjoyed my time there and the future could be very bright for new hires.

Great intentions but not convinced that the real scale of the transition the organisation is understood and accepted by everyone. However the SLT enthusiastically the long term plan for evolution. Balance of focus between Sales-Product- Tech is not right and has historically cause confusion, that is now being addressed by the new CPO and CCO very effectively. Some of the processes and thus subsequent behaviours are stuck in the old way of thinking so there are still plenty of challenges to change people's mindsets to be more autonomous have courage to take decisions at the customer facing level and to self determine career path. Again the HR leadership have and are working hard to foster empowerment and taking ownership as all good product driven organisations need to.
