      Pros

      great employee benefits, nice office culture, good work-life balance, a good place for young professionals to develop their skills.

      Kontras

      Maybe for IT background people it is not an ideal place to keep your skills up to date. It is a financial company so there will be some regulation constraints. The platforms/techniques there are using are a bit hard to change. I'm not from IT so this is just a personal opinion.

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
