As a company, we strive for each of our members to be treated fairly and to be given ample opportunities for both career and personal development. In fact, in our last Pulse Survey, 19% of members ranked “opportunities to grow” as the thing they value most about DLL. But in an organization with more than 5,000 employees, some teams do a better job of displaying our core values than others. Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
