The People: All throughout the office there are great people who go the extra mile to not only work hard, but also giving the effort to get to know each other. this can be hard to come by in a "Corporate America" culture, but DLL is set apart. 2. The Leadership: I believe in CEO Bill Stephenson. Everything trickles down from him resulting in effective department managers. 3. The Extras: Full Cafeteria, Fully Loaded Gym ( New Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Group Classes, Personal Training, & More), Free Coffee, DLL Box Seat Access @ The Center For Concerts/Sixers/Flyers, and Multiple Celebrations Throughout The Year.
