Pros
None, unless you like being gaslit into thinking everything is okay when its really not. It's too bad, because the benefits package is actually pretty decent, and the perks of cheap lunch (which is usually nice food!) Breakfast, snacks, coffee etc are good. So much potential wasted on such a toxic environment :(( Some of the people are genuinely good people too, but everyone's mood is shifting for the worse with all the continuing layoffs. Stress from here has given me all sorts of fun health issues, and exacerbated existing ones.

You will be worked into the ground and then some. Undervalued, underpaid, and under appreciated. I've noticed some depts seem to be full of drama and backstabbing as well , probably due to people trying to kiss up to management to stay off the layoff list. Stay far away... Unless you are a masochist , in which case, have at it?
