Pros

Competent management and leadership. Was there for four years and communications was good, actually advanced. Their approach is laid back and were good about taking care of their employees

Kontras

The laid back attitude disrupted management from taking actions on poor performing employees. This created a slowness in decision making. Making changes was a slow process.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Kontras

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
