Training was enjoyable, good shift

Kontras

Once you leave training, there is ZERO support once you hit the floor, when you ask for help, people seem really annoyed and don't want to help you, no consistency amongst agents/mgrs/leads when asking questions. Big emphasis on sales... which is a pain. You are not empowered to help customers

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Kontras

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Kontras

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
