There are a lot of growth opportunities for employees. As long as you want to try, most likely you can make it to a better position.

Because it is easy to grow in the company, the standard for getting a management position is very low. That leads to bad management. Every time we launch some events, contests, or programs; there would be tons of problems popping out. Lack of communication within managers and employees. They have weird schedules and SOPs. The SOP(standard of operation) is always change, and they never really follow what the employee handbook states. Poor Poor Poor benefits and pay.
