Not much. You start as a temp in most cases. No paid time off no matter how long you work there. When you need a day, they feel as if you don't deserve it.
Kontras
Corporate will not be up front with you about your status On being hired. Then when they finally meet with you ( after intentionally avoiding you) have a reason to not even consider it anymore. Wasted years myself. Pay is disheartening. Your pay stays the same as a temp no matter the time put in.
