Thank you for the feedback. Our intention has not been to negatively affect our global employees. We’re working hard to improve our locations, systems, processes and offerings. We feel we have some of the most talented and hardworking employees on the planet. In our leadership discussions, we’re always asking ourselves how potential changes will affect employee morale, work life balance and how do we best take care of our team while accomplishing our goals. As we go through this process, we also need to be mindful of the challenges of our global organization and current US-China relations. Recently, we had to restructure our China office and this has been a difficult transition for some of our employees.
