Good interview, professional and knowledgeable conversation. Salary was a tad low and the hybrid and lack of flexibility could not offset the salary weakness

Kontras

Hybrid or lack of high salary to compensate for the outdated policies. Willing to sacrifice pay for better benefits or work life balance.

Free parking in garage cool coworkers

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
