Company takes care of its employees and provides the tools to get the job done. The day to day work is demanding and requires employee to wear many hats, but you always feel that a great team is behind you every step of the way. The best part of the job is knowing you get a chance to learn something new each and every day.

This is both Pro and Con. DATABASICS employees are very spread out in working locations (Office locations and even where we live). This means we do not get the chance to know all of our colleagues well, but it is really nice when we get together.

This is a company that really cares individually for employees and I have felt part of a team almost a family for the past 10 years. The CEO of the company individually knows each employee and allows for direct communication, taking into account their needs and providing advice and mentoring, overall is just a great human being. The commitment level from employee to company is 100% reciprocated. The fact that so many employees have stayed long term speaks for itself. It is a good place to work for self-driven, hard working, self disciplined individuals that are not afraid to take initiative, make mistakes and learn from the mistakes. Human factor is definitely more valued here than the bureaucracy. Independence in managing your own work and a great team to work with. Lengthy review, but this company and its management deserves the credit.

Databasics allows for employees to find and enroll in the education and training programs individually, not organized on the corporate level though . High work load, but keeps things exciting.
