Good culture, colleagues are good

Not flexible, little to no growth

Beneficial for those who are in skilled labor and those who are trying to earn their R442A license.

Slow job with and pay leaves much to be desired. Management is very invasive of personal work space and cannot rely on them to answer questions about work properly. Not much room for a growth as I am qualified for an EIT position with experience in manufacturing but there is no proper internal job board to upgrade. Very old schooled mindset with management's treatment to its people.
