DAQRI as we know it will not hold for years to come. In my opinion, it is destined to either transform or accept its lack of investment. If it transforms, it will not be in the best way; although searching for an opportunity granted by the protection (and deep pockets) of European branch (or future HQ) does seem like the good way to go, it might end up being counterproductive. If it accepts its lack of investment, or the impatience of its current investor, it might be wiser (as a way to avoid further costs) to declare bankruptcy.
