Company is family friendly, very generous paid family leave, etc. Compensation is fair. Company is employee owned, and there are generous incentives to become an owner. Employee ownership allows for a more collaborative culture.

Just went through a minor re-org and it's still having minor growing pains. Company is also facing the industry wide issue of increased competition on proposals.
