A lot of opportunity to learn new skills. Being exposed to different and sometimes unexpected environment leads to creating multi-talent employees. It gives you enough room to be creative, and as such your are given recognition for your great work.
Kontras
Bureaucracy is a problem. You can make good connections and networking with most departments, but it feels like there is a glass ceiling in the upper management level. I personally have met the COP probably twice in my two year tenure.
