CEO fails to lead the company and promote a work environment that promotes growth and encourages employees to grow. For being a small team, the CEO treats all staff members as numbers, rather than people. There are a lot of great employees at DACRA who have interesting ideas or serious concerns for the company; however, the CEO fails to listen to any alternative perspective that do not fit his agenda.
Given the toxic work culture established by the CEO, it's difficult to grow in this company or raise concerns without feeling that the CEO may lash out against you. His lack of professionalism within the workplace is incredibly outdated and holds DACRA back from being of the ranks of other tech companies.
There is a major lack of transparency throughout the company and general staff are left in the dark for majority of decisions, including those that may require your input or may affect your day-to-day role.
The lack of ability to grow within the company is also concerning, both in position and with salary growth.
