I thoroughly enjoy chatting with my clients and have learned a lot during my time here. You will get out as much as you put in. Realistically, management can't make everyone happy, that's life. But, if you work hard, are passionate about the job, and have a positive outlook, you will advance. Despite working long hours during the busy season, benefits are good and leadership works to ensure that you have a nice work-life balance. If you go into the office daily, there are opportunities to interact and have fun with your colleagues (happy hours, group activities etc.).
