- Exhausting, 100% reactive. - If you forsee an issue and speak up, it doesn't seem to matter. It will become a crisis anyway. - People without requisite skillsets in certain positions. This leads to un/ill-informed decisions. - No value given to quality work - put out a fire and wait for the next. - HR confusion / issues. You need to take it upon yourself to verify all is in order (don't count on HR to do this).
