Pros
Great culture with emphasis on creativity and quality work. Leadership team who lead by example and genuinely care about staff wellbeing (this demonstrated time and time again during covid). Continuous training and development, fun company parties and events. Close knit design team, lots of fun to be around. As flat a hierarchy as I've experienced with generally sound people at all levels.
Kontras
Its a lot of work but you get out what you put in. Will often have to work extra hours during 'pitch season' which can be quite demanding, but this seems to be the case with all agencies. Creative opportunities for designers were hard to come by, and generally had to be 'won' via internal creative competitions.
