Pros

Decent product potential, but severely mismanaged.

Kontras

Leadership Issues: The company was recently taken over by Charlesbank, a VC fund, and it shows. The new CEO is directly from the VC, and it's clear their primary focus is on financials rather than the well-being of the employees or the long-term health of the company. Mass Layoffs: In 2024, Cyberbit has so far fired all but one account executive and one BDR from the US team. The channel team has been disbanded. They have been rehiring but it has drastically affected morale and performance. They are ruthless. Toxic Sales Environment: The Sales Director fosters a toxic environment that has led to high turnover. Churn is a significant problem, and it's evident that management doesn't care to address it. No in person team meetings, drastically cut travel, below industry standard per diem. Poor Onboarding: Onboarding is a joke. All new hires are expected to watch pre-recorded videos, with no real interaction or support. There is no sense of culture or team cohesion. Lack of Culture: With the new leadership, including the CEO, Sales VP, CFO, Head of Revenue, and Head of Product Management, there's no effort to build a positive company culture. They want the company to be acquired for their shares to vest. The focus is purely on numbers, leaving employees feeling undervalued and disconnected.
