really nice people and positive atmosphere

I worked there during Covid so things were a little tricky, but nothing at fault of the company.

The working environment is fast paced so you have to be ready to adapt to the constantly changing tech environment but for those who want a challenge that helps you grow then it's perfect. The teams across all departments are generally good people and are all willing to help each other to make the work place a fun place to be. Most of the management and the CEO especially are very well informed people who are experts in the industry so you can learn about about the industry from working with them and they are empathetic to everyone's needs and genuinely care about their employees. CyberPowerPC is a well known brand that makes good products so it's a brand you can be proud of working for that other people recognize. Is a good stepping stone to jobs at larger companies.

Very fast paced and most people can feel burned out by the level of demand put on people to perform but is consistent with the nature of the computer industry. Although big companies can get bogged down by red tape and legal, they expect changes when needed to happen immediately so there is a lot of pressure to constantly adapt to industry changes. Busy sales season can require a lot of overtime from everyone.
