(Pro/con depends on what you want) - Slow-paced compared to other tech companies - Workplace culture fits that of a traditional Taiwanese, OEM tech company - Product life span longer than usual tech products, development process is much longer About the Product Marketing team: 1. Onboarding training could be updated and more structured (many parts of the training had outdated product info) 2. Team communication is mostly one-sided, top-down. Not much room for discussion, nor enhancement. 3. Existing workflow is rigid and redundant. Suggestions, opinions are not valued. 4. Conflicting directional input and work feedback (it takes quite some time to decipher what supervisors and management expect) 5. Workplace bullying is an issue, HR and Department lead should be more involved and proactive in resolving these issues (or at least be aware that such situations exist)
