Leadership is a joke, everyone from the CEO to the team managers, this is their first job out of college. SOC is a mess, tools and platform is outdated, sales makes promises to clients and has them sign a non-terminating contract. VPN to clients go down all through the day, VPN for work is always broken, tools are from the early 2000s. Leadership offers no help, sales and CEO wear rose color glasses and sweet talk a big game but everyone is technology illiterate. Feels like a start up. Clients and future employees RUN!
