Somewhat competitive pay, easy commuting location, partial parking reimbursement. Causal dress code. Friendly co-workers for the most part. Free snacks.
Kontras
You have a number, not a name. Middle management almost non-existent with titles given out to try and train people. Upper management is simply that, upper management with no compassion or care for their employees besides the numbers they produce. The product is not the best out there, and change is slow and painful because the company likes making money, but not spending it.
