Pros
The Engineering team is highly experienced and mature (not a bunch of college grads). Senior management team has grown considerably over the last year and have a unique vision for the CAE, simulation, and design tools industry. It's a very collaborative, supportive environment with just a slight bit of wackiness to make working there not a drag.
Kontras
No one has attempted to do what they're doing, so everyone is expected to pave new roads. You have to be willing to deal with some changes and delays as the company trains the customer base.
