Pros

Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing

Kontras

How do I start? The ‘bubble’ actually does gang up on people I’ve seen it first hand. Management slags off there workers and it’s like one rule for them lot but for the ones they don’t like they lay down the law. Not so great when one of the male team leaders goes in the pub and tells everyone how he doesn't do any work and the senior team does it for him but he belittles the rest of his team so he gets paid for doing nothing as he has said. Also a certain manager employing a person who has been sacked from his job as a police man for harassing women because she found him ‘fit’. Certain people getting away with stuff because the bubble likes them. One of the other senior team showing people pornography in the office during break and so much more. A biggest client senior swearing in a meeting at the whole of said team and getting away with it. The whole company is just dreadful, you never know what you’re doing they change all the teams all the time and just expect you to get it. Place is a joke don’t work here unless u want to be bullied

Pros

Well established and reputable company

Kontras

Despite being a large, multi-country organisation with multiple UK offices, the company only offers statutory maternity pay (SMP) — the legal minimum required by UK law. In contrast, research shows that: - Only about one in four UK employers now provide just the statutory minimum maternity pay - Larger organisations (with 1,000+ employees, such as CSG) are around 95% more likely to provide enhanced maternity pay than smaller ones. Yet Customs Support does not For a large, well-established company, offering only statutory maternity pay places it well below the level of support typically provided by comparable employers. Many competitors and peers — especially large employers — offer enhanced packages such as several months of full pay, which help with recruitment, retention and employee wellbeing. The lack of better maternity support here sends a message that female talent and working parents aren’t prioritised, and makes it harder for women to join, stay, or progress in their careers. This is especially stark given the company’s scale and resources compared to smaller independent employers where statutory maternity pay is more understandable
